I have never seen this before, it came from a circulation roll. There's more to it than meets the eye, I think it may have been struck through plastic. More pics in a bit.
Not struck through plastic but the plastic has been on it since it was "new" exactly how it got there who knows.
The reverse does not have a scratch or bag mark on it.
