Sadly, this is another fake Chinese dollar. It's supposed to be silver, and supposed to have General Yuan Shi-Kai, also known as Emperor Hung Hsien, in full uniform on one side and an imperial dragon on the other. Genuine ones are worth $100 to $400.

Agree with Sap. You have a fake Yuan SK Installation Dollar. The genuine dollar and its patterns look like these:
