Arados, Phoenicia, silver tetradrachm. Yours is dated either Year 125 or 225; I suspect 225 but I can't find any evidence of either date elsewhere. Here's the basic type.

Very nice example, Turreted and veiled head of Tyche, with Nike standing left holding aplustre and palm. I believe the date to be 125, I don't know of any of this type dating to 225, but I could be mistakes. The reference is Sear #5991.
