Hello: My name is Chrissi and I am new to your forum. I came across a quarter today and wanted to know if anyone thinks it is a strike through error coin. I googled to see if I could find anything regarding the topic, but came up empty handed. I have attached a photo. The E in WE and the T at the end of TRUST are where I am noticing that something does not look right. I am open to all opinions. Thank you for your your time.

! I'm sure one of our fellow administrators will move this to the "US Modern Variety and Error Coins" section of the forum.

Your coin seems to have PMD, also known as Post-Mint Damage. However, let's see what the others think.

I agree with Drew . If it where Struck Through Grease you wouldn't see such deformities like you do in the T. It looks to be PMD and I'm saying this because you can see where the T is and where the metal that used to be the T had hm been shifted by whatever hit it
