Does anyone else here collect KKK tokens? I bought my first one about a year ago without knowing what it was at first and after doing a little research I discovered there are dozen of different ones out there. Just curious if anyone else here has any or is working on collecting of them. I'm working on a collection of all the different strike varieties and metal compositions for all the tokens that I can. Here are pictures of a couple favorites in my collection.

Interesting!

Rather repulsive in concept, like Nazi money or slave tags, but hey, it certainly is interesting! I had no idea these existed (of course it makes perfect sense), thank you for sharing. The 1920s one is very interesting, I know the group was quite popular at that time as they had tried to tame their image. I won't get in to the discussion of irony or ethics in the devices because that's clearly not what this is about.

Really interesting, thank you for sharing! Now if I see these somewhere I'll know what I'm looking at. : )

Thanks for the replies. I'm surprised that nobody else has any pictures to post. They are sort of an odd type of token to collect but I just see them as a pieces of history and find them interesting. Most don't say what they are so unless you know what the letters on them stand for you wouldn't even know they were Klan tokens.

Here's a picture of the one Canadian token. I've never seen one in person either. This picture from a book is all I have to identify it.
