Does anyone know if the 2015 silver saltwater crocodile has been minted yet?

Thanks

As mentioned in this recent thread, they appear to have replaced it with a spider this year. I'd assume they're going to a do a different animal each year until people get bored with the series.

I just tried to look it up and it made my head hurt. I can't tell if there are several different mints making several different series of coins or if there are typos involved in the description or what. I found a 2015 saltwater crocodile listed on APMEX but it said it was the 3rd in a series produced by the Royal CANADIAN Mint

As far as I can tell there has been a 2nd series of Saltwater Crocodile coins that are made after popular crocodiles from the Austrailain Zoo and that has been made for the past 3 years featuring Graham, Bindi, and Argo Jr.

The 2014 Bullion coin seems like it was the first in a wildlife series that this year changed to featuring a funnel web spider. However, a simple google search did not tell me that I'm just kinda filling in the gaps myself.

I think part of the problem there is the RCM's tendency to sell some coins from their storefronts and website which they do not themselves make. APMEX probably saw it advertised on the RCM site and assumed the RCM actually made them.

As for why Perth Mint seems to be a bit shy about declaring this to be a "new series", I'm not sure. Perhaps they themselves aren't sure they want to start a "new series" and will only call it so until and unless there is proven demand for it.
