well it is not a wide 9/8 and it is harshly cleaned.....assuming it is not a rarer variety of some kind(i don't see and thing re punched on the 9)i would say $3 as a space filler.

As Dollarman says. It's heavily cleaned, probably corroded (the dark spots) and less than VF-30. It's a filler at best and certaily no more than a few dollars, since it is the commonest Vicky around.

It is only a Narrow 9 for sure. The only saving grace might be if it's a scarce die pair. To help us tell that, it would be most helpful if you'd take it out of the holder and rephotograph it!
