The first thing I would do is look for a match in Numista. Here is the Numista Tibet Coins page.
I believe your coin matches 1 Sho 1932-1942 but you will have to look closely because you have the coin and know it's size and metal.
Often when clicking on the coin Numista will help you with the date but apparently not in this case.
Then I will try the Creounity website. They have an interactive tool to translate dates and also a description of how the date is written. Here is the Creounity Tibet Page.
Some coins are not dated at all and you will only get a range.
