It is a (Parthian) drachm of Pacorus I. You may also see these listed as Vologases III...the re-attribution to Pacorus is a fairly recent development. Btw, yours is a really nice example. I got them at a bargain price of £3 for the lot. I'm actually excited to see what is under all that mud. Even if they turn out to be nothing much I'm going to have fun finding out!!
