The pics aren't good enough to be sure if it's recovering from a dipping but I'm tempted to call it Mint State. All the same, this was not a "risk" coin for slabbing. Not enough value involved when MS64's are to be had for less than $125. There are far more of these available than demand requires in lower Mint State grades. PCGS and NGC have almost 4,000 in MS63 alone, and the jump to MS64 isn't large enough to tempt resubmissions. Report this Post to the Staff
