Hello -

I'm new the forum and CHR and thought I would reach out to say hello and to see if I could get some help confirming a couple finds I have come across!

First was a 1988-D w/ 89 Reverse - wasn't sure if this was 100% Are these worth anything?
First-Time-Chr-Pennies---Several-Finds

Second was a 1970-S that looked like a RPM but wasn't sure? Are these worth anything?
First-Time-Chr-Pennies---Several-Finds

The last find was a weird MM issue. Is this type of MM pretty common for all D pennies?
First-Time-Chr-Pennies---Several-Finds

Thanks!

not sure about the 1st 2 but the 3rd is common. The mm just has a die chip in the D.

All look to be normal cents but glad to see you are a variety hunter. Lots to learn, but lots available to find. Only a matter of time before you have a few to put aside for the collection.

Curious phenomenon with the 1970S (Large Date by the way). the way the lighting hits the surface features, almost looks like the bottom portion of an S MM south of the loop of the 9.

The Mintmark for the 1970-S was punched in hard, all the way to the shoulder of the punch.

to CCF. All of your finds are normal. I found one of the 88-D RDV-006.2 and two 88-P RDV-006.
