This one really looks like it came out of the same hole in the ground as yours Pish. A little better condition but you got the better Africa with animals at feet.

Yes in Carthage. Well the replacement city built by Caesar.

My two favorite mints (not counting wintergreen) are London and Carthage.
Lyon Trier and Rome are all tied for third place.
