It is surely 1 Yüan (= 1 dollar) cyclic date can be 21 Probably empire of China, but there are so many branches with each their own banknotes.... manymore Valued Member United States 347 Posts	Posted 05/18/2015 5:40 pm It is a "one dollar" (one yuan) temporary deposit receipt issued in May, 1919 by the Binjiang (Pinkiang) Chamber of Commerce in Harbin which is located in China's northeast province of Heilongjiang.
