Looking to buy this possibly....Looked great til I saw something on the reverse towards the bottom lettering. Like moisture or coloring towards one dollar etc. Anyone have a clue? What's the most you'd bid on it?

Looks like some residual toning left over from a dip. Not a big deal for a coin in this grade.

Price is GOOD for an MS-62.
But I avoid the low MS coins.
I like AU-58 and MS-63 but skip the grades in between.
