I have a question about avatars...I saw in a lower topic where you upload the avatars....I have an avatar that I created that kinda has a special meaning but it is a gif. I don't know if you allow gif's or not....If I could, I would like to have this as my avatar.

If I can't, I understand.

Mom may be able to make it where it is a non animated .gif and then you be able to use it if that would be ok with you. Just remember its Christmas so it may take her a few days to see this post

The wait is totally ok...There is a story behind that gif. I am a WV native that now lives in GA. I don't know if you guys remember a couple years ago when they had the mining accident where all but one died. Well, it just so happened that it was on the day that WVU was about to play perhaps their biggest game in history, at least their biggest game in current history, the Sugar Bowl against Georgia. Being a WV native, while the country was wondering how those guys were doing, I can assure you that some of those guys were wondering how the 'eers were doing. We are a blue-collar bunch and when one in the family goes down, we all feel it and when one succeeds, we all celebrate it.

I know, kinda mushy, but hey.....what can I say? Its more than a loyalty, its a heritage.

I clicked on the link and got a "Bandwidth Exceeded" message. If you could email the pic to me at susan(at)coincommunity.com, I can upload it for you. Sorry, but we do not allow animated avatars. We do our best to keep our forum looking clean and I'm sure you can imagine how busy things would look if everyone had an animated avatar.
