Ya, it's graded, but since I am not an expert on cents yet It's tough to photograph. Thoughts about this one Santa left me?

I don't know if it's image distortion on the bottom left of the obverse or if the coin is warpy like that in hand? If it's warpy I'd say ms65, if it's smooth all around I'd say MS 66. Nice coin!

Ken, this pic is hard to read. I think I see something above the temple at the hair line and also on the top of the shoulder. Fields are clean but see the steps at all. Is this in a holder in the pic? I am somewhere between MS-64 and 66 depending on the things I see. Oh ya, red.

Now that I have the coin in hand, I'll try to get some better pictures. The ones above don't do it justice but this is what the seller provided me.

This MS-66 your coin is cleaner looking than this .
So I would say its MS-67-68

Pretty good stab at it. I am trying a different camera set up and will post pictures of it as soon as I can figure out how to get it focus! Ugh!
