Hi I have a question conserning Proof Like sets, as I have quite a few of these mainly 1966 and 1965 all in great condition...

The question I have is in my Charlton standard catalouge of Canadian coins 62nd edition.... these sets are worth about $20 or about £10 but going buy the book the individual coins $1, 50c and 25c seem to sell for almost as much induvidualy so is it worth keeping these coin as sets or breaking them open and sticking them into a 2x2 holder...

If anyone could give me an answer to the question that would be great..

I would leave them in sets unless you have some spectacular cameos or extra nice coins with very few marks. Those extra nice coins can fetch much more than the whole set is worth. An Ultra Heavy Cameo in PL66 or better can realize $200 and up!
