Greek Tetradrachm Price 3692? Odd Doubling; Is It Fake?

Something about the doubling on the reverse that is scaring me. I ended up bidding roughly $140 delivered US$, it ended up going way over my bid at the last second at roughly $175 delivered. This would have been a coin bought for the purpose of an eventual resale as I already have one and while I would like a really nice one for the collection, this wasn't it. It was barely over $100 US$ though with 5 minutes left to go on ebay and that is what interested this bottom feeder in the first place.
