I was looking at theses 1969 cents. I noticed that the mint D's are in different locations and the 1969 D is a gold color. what could it mean?

Prior to 1990, the mint marks were punched in by hand. Several different dies are used each year to mint millions of coins. Not every mint mark was punched in the exact same place. If you look at other years, you will see the same thing.

He is correct. The gold one was probably gold plated at one point.
