The I on in god we trust has been struck and pushed over to make contact with the N . Thus making it look like a W this would have to be done post mint so you have PMD. Also watch your finger or hand prints on coins. This one doesn't matter but if you ever come across a good condition coin or a proof. You will kick yourself in the butt for touching it with bare hands. I know I did when I came across a proof in circulation and I left my prints on it haha. For common date / current coins, it's just a spendable face value item. Rarity and value come from acts within the mint done by the mint machinery somewhat in the ordinary course of events.
