It is either Maximianus or Galerius.

Pre reform radiate of Maximianus. Cannot be Galerius as he did not become Augustus until well after the reformation of the coinage by Diocletian.
Not worth very much in worn condition. With a hole ? Some people collect holed coins ....... most do not !
Would be a hard sell at $5
