9.55 grams, 22.8 mm. Not marked copy. Parts of the edge could have a seam, other portions it is not apparent to me. Picked it up in a junkbox and have placed it in my fake pile. The white is not on the coin.

What is it pretending to be? Do I read NERON KAISAR on the obverse?

Seems to be referencing a Nero tet from Antioch which, I believe, should be an AR or billon issue. Like:

Correct. It's a mass-produced cast fake, probably a "tourist copy".

If you do a forum search for "Nero BIP", you'll find several others that have been posted here in the past. In most of them, the presence of a prominent seam is discussed.
