My mother's 60th birthsday is comming soon and since she is quite a 'fan' of everything from Great Britan, even more so of the royal familly, I was thinking of buying her a nice silver GB (modern, not historic) coin. Are there perhaps any 1955-2015 commerative coins coming out this year? There are a lot of products from the British mint and I'm kind of lost there. Does anyone have any suggestions what would be a nice gift for her? Oh, she's also very sentimental type of person :) Thank you Report this Post to the Staff

Dagaz Valued Member Slovenia 459 Posts	Posted 06/08/2015 03:43 am Thank you all :) I like all your inputs (Churchill, Maundy, year 1955) but I really don't think she'll appreciate Churchill coin that much. Next week I'll visit some coin shops and maybe something nice will catch my eye :). Other that that, I think she'd like the so called 5 monarchs penny set (there has to be more to the item than 'just' a coin - a small booklet with flag and pictures etc :) ) Report this Post to the Staff
