Luxembourg Euro Coins - About Ygc 'Signature'

So the other day I was going through my collection of Luxembourg euro coins and a strange little thingy caught my eye.
The artist's initials YGC
Luxembourg-Euro-Coins---About-Ygc-'Signature'
that are found on the lover left of Henri's shoulder on smaller coins and between 6 and 7 o'clock star on 1 and 2€ coins, appear to be missing on two of my coins. This is 2004 2 € and 2012 2 cent.
What's going on here? Does anyone has any clue?
The only thing I could find on internet was this:
