If our experts could also advise if genuine or not. Coin appears to be silver, weight is 1.0 grams and diameter is 1.1 cm. The obverse depicts a satyr kneeling, holding a kantharos; the reverse shows an amphora. Looks good to me, but I'd recommend posting to the ancients board for others to chime in there. Artistry ranges greatly with these issues with some, as Steve says, looking cartoonish and others a bit more naturalistic.
