I got this set fresh from Canada Post online so it's not a PMD. :( There's a small dent in the specimen toonie.

What would this error be considered?

What-Kind-Of-

I want to return it to CP. Anybody have experience with CP returns? Is it a hassle? Do they allow straight exchanges or do you have to go through the hassle of returning and then making a new order? (Because my order had a free gift card and I don't want to part with it since I cant reorder it. :P)

My best guess.
It's the result of a small bit of hard debris being present in the striking chamber during the striking of that coin.
IF I'm correct the die should have been damaged too and subsequent coins should show a RAISED dot.
