Picked it up years ago from a flea market. Aim was to incorporate in to some jewellery but it is still in it's box...

It purports to be a denarius of Trajan, similar to this:

Frankly, looks like a modern cast. I'd recommend reposting to the ancients board to get more feedback from the many Roman specialists there.
