Worth keeping if you didn't pay for it, but I would find a replacement if you want one for a collection. That would be really tough to sell.

I believe it is still legal tender, so you should be able to get 10 cents for it while confusing a bank teller.

Send it to the BEP mutilated currency department for redemption. Make a scan of the letter you send to them. You will receive a government check for $.10 which will have a notation on it saying it was for redemption of currency. Put your copy of the letter, the scans of the note and the check in a document protector. This group including the check will make for an interesting conversation piece.
