Sorry. I don't think so.
The form is too 'perfect and the 'gold' is too 'mottled' (rough) for me.
I could be wrong, but I would stay away from it.

Can you post a picture of the edge of the coin? How wide is it in mm and how heavy in grams?

This is a tough one, based on the picture alone. The background used drowns out the color of the coin so it doesn't look gold. These stater's of Alexander had a high gold content. The piece doesn't appear to be cast. One problem that does stand out is the next to the last letter O in ALEXANDROY, in every original example I've seem that letter is little more than a dot. Here it is clearly a well defined O. The weight should be in the range of 8.5 grams. IMO this is a very nice fake of and Alexander III Stater.

It is a high quality fake, presumably struck from modern dies. Coins made from those same dies (but struck in silver) are posted on both the Fake Coin Reports at FORVM and at the forgerynetwork.com. See:

Here's a cut-and-paste of the fake from forgerynetwork. Notice the same imperfections under the chin on the obverse, around the Y on the reverse, and to the right of the monogram on the reverse:
