Hi all. This is my 1st post here and I'm hoping somebody can tell me if I have an error or just a PMD coin. Kinda new to coin research, but had a bunch passed down to me and trying to learn more about them.

It's definitely PMD. The metal got pushed from the obverse and it shows on the reverse.
