It was my understanding that after you exhausted your allotment of free insertions that you would be charged an insertion fee BUT that fee would be credited back to you if your item sold.

That doesn't seem to be the case on my May invoice. After my allotment of free insertions, ALL of the others were charged a 30 cent insertion fee. All of these listings sold.

I don't see any credits or reversals of the insertion fees on my invoice.

Not happy!

Contact ebay, they will work with you, I have called them before and they helped me a lot.

Under your invoice, click under credits

It should show where they have reimbursed you for successful auction listings

Ah-ha! Credits will show up on the June invoice. All these credits posted on 6/6 even though the sale took place in May. Not sure why the lag, but I'm okay with it it and long as it consistently follows this pattern.
