Friends Here are Fresh pic of the Bill.
I took closeups of the crucial area. I do see a circle (something) a distance away from the serial number to the right side but its too far away and bigger then the circle that the signer used to make the numerial 6 .

Appreciate your vote to send for grading and authentication.
And to what company PCGS. Someone said that PCGS only grades high quality? LG paper money?
Please keep me advised.

Note: The Reverse is showing nice OFF-CENTERING and another Bill is staring out (Corner showing under). The front also showes another Bills corner starting.

Note: And, ofcourse the Serial Numbers Mis-Match. Has anyone heard of or seen any other Serial Numbers Mis-Match on Conferdate Bills?

It appears that the 6 that you think is missing is hiding just to the left of the top center of Alexander Stephens portrait.
