Good evening fellas, I've stumbled upon a silver coin that I cannot identify. One of my friends told me it's probably from Italy - Tuscany. It seems like it has a word "BAPTISTA" on it. Maybe you can help me out and identify it?
Much appreciated!

What's interesting is that for a dated coin this early, Arabic numerals hadn't yet evolved into the form we know them in the West today. The seven is represented by what looks like an upside down V.
