Australian $50 Note - Printing Error?

"The "2" is far too neat to be handwritten" if some people can hand engrave the designs that will end up on coins, bills and stamps then I thin most can handle simple hand writing which on your bill looks a little sloppy at best ; ) Feel free to call me Will. Sap Moderator Australia 16810 Posts	Posted 07/02/2015 9:43 pm Whether it is hand-written or printed on with an ink-stamp pad, is irrelevant: either way, it is not a printing error. While it is illegal for banks in Australia to deface notes while they are in their possession, overseas banks and moneychangers have no such legal obstructions, and frequently stamp or write on banknotes that they handle. You can see other threads with similar moneychangers marks here and here.
