Half Pillar of the Community United States 606 Posts	Posted 07/03/2015 07:51 am I have been to several Middle east countries. Be very aware of any coins you purchase. I would recommend you bring a magnet at the very least because most PM coins I saw were counterfeit. Scales and calipers would be even better but I think that might be a little much just for casual tourism. As usual, education is your friend and any books/apps you can take with you will be worth it when coin hunting. Report this Post to the Staff
