Does anyone have any information concerning a 1923 Peace dollar counterstamped on the reverse in commemoration of 1978 Peace Summit between, Begin, Carter and Sadat.

I understand they were designed by Mel Wacks . 1000 pieces were struck on 1922 and 1923 Peace dollars. I think there are also 2 types. 1 with raised devices and 1 incuse. They have sold near $200 but can also be picked up for $20.

This is the first time I have heard of any counter stamp Peace dollars.
