Looks like it's acid damaged at 2-5 o'clock. The colouring's probably... old ketchup stains?

Agree with X2an. Same kinda things happens to buffs in black though not red if you leave them in vinegar too long. So something acidic is my guess, ketchup could be a possibility I think?

Also, You can check it for blood by dripping some hydrogen peroxide on it too to see if it bubbles
