The differences are somewhat subtle, maybe point them out to the crowd here...

well, I am not sure if it is 2 different reverses but the one without the broken letters(note the R, N & E) is the first die pair because there are no obv. die cracks(G & D) which I have seen on every single coin which has broken reverse letters.

by the way it seems that a lot of N.B. cents have broken letters and IMO they are caused by hub damage...if so then it has to be two different dies. but, it seems like the date placement is or almost is identical. I would put the top coin in acetone and then look for repunching in the date on both. if you find repunching on one that is not identical or not found on the other than it must be different reverses. either way you are doing well because the first reverse is very rare and this is like the second one I have seen.

yes I do need to soak the other one in acetone and get that junk off, this too is the second one I have seen also, the first one was one I spotted on ebay and I posted it here asking about the rev and someone bought it before I even had an answer lol and now I found one for myself :) now how do you put a price on this version when there seems to be no set price on the other one haha

I would suggest doing a 99 cent auction with links to forum discussions about the rarity in the ebay description.
