Yes, I would like to know how many banknotes of each denomonation were printed in a year.
The annual Bank of Canada report only states how many notes of each denomination were in circulation (e.g. 17.801,4 million $20 notes on Dec. 31, 2014). But I would like to know how many were actally made in a year. Such information is easily obtainable for banknotes of the US-Dollar, the Euro and the British Pound. But, unfortunately, not of the notes of the Canadian Dollar...
