Hi guys. I was in ChiTown a few days ago and got 15 rolls of quarters. As it turns out, ALL 15 rolls are uncirculated Blue Ridge Parkway NP quarters! Anyway, these two jumped out as I was going over them. Any info on the cause mint or PMD such as how to tell the difference would be much appreiciated, TY!

Kinda hard to see the detail in you photo - it could be damage from a counting machine.
