I'm more of a coin collector than a bill collector but I always look at my bills when I get change. Do errors like this carry a premium?

Hey magus what kind of error am I looking at? Is it the ink spot?

Yes. the inside of the 8 received too much ink. While the dot near the 4 I'm not sure about. I wondered if this wasn't from a 3 or the 5 on the number dial getting inked by mistake.
