These are nitrile gloves. They are non sterile powder free and latex free gloves. Is it ok to be handling coin with these?

Not sure but I'd stay with the cotton gloves myself.

Yes, nitrile is perfectly fine. The most important thing you want to look for is POWDER-FREE, regardless of the glove material. Nitrile gloves are very rarely powdered but latex gloves are frequently powdered.

Safe to handle coins with, yes.

Don't store coins in, on, or with objects made of nitrile rubber - or most other kinds of rubber, for that matter. They usually add sulfur compounds in the polymerization process and those compounds stay in the rubber and can tone coins kept in contact or sealed up in airtight containers with them over prolonged periods.
