I noticed that the rim on this coin looked just a bit thicker. The coin diameter measures 19.1 mm (normal = 19.05 mm). The weight is 2.52 g. There is also a 10 degree die rotation. I think it can be attributed as a wide collar. To be really collectible, I would think it should have a larger diameter.

I would like to hear any opinions on this. (I have read the 5/17/2010 Coin World article on Wide Collars).

A wide collar error gives a coin diameter larger than normal. While your coin diameter is larger I would think a difference of .05mm (which is about .002") is within tolerance.
