I have been looking at the Royal Canadian Mint website and I ordered the 50th anniversary flag. After looking for more coins, I noticed the birds coins and it says subscription by it. What exactly is the subscription? Do I need to pay for each coins separately or is it a one time pay for all 5 coins? Or maybe I need to pay money in order to be able to buy the set.

Any help would be greatly appreciated (I really love the designs and would like to order the set as soon as possible)

If you subscribe, you will be sent one coin at a time (and pay for one coin at a time).

Many of the RCM's subscriptions send one coin per month, but some have a different delivery schedule.

They can be a convenient way of ensuring that you receive all of the coins in a series without having to place multiple orders.

Watch out for shipping cost though. If you are not an MC member, you might be charged for shipping when each coin got shipped.

....And be aware of the package:

If the subscription contains *free box*, means, that the single coins that will be sent to you, will not be packed into usual RCM package, but just the coin and the COA, that you suppose to put to the box (box will arrive with the coin N).

As for this series:
I remember, people told that one of the coins, with the red bird, looks in hand much worse, than in RCM picture.
