When you start with such a great coin for putting that set together, it will make some of the rest of them seem easy.

I lived in Hawaii for quite a few years and the place never leaves you. Have a complete set of da kine coins mounted in Koa wood thanks to another CCF member with fantastic woodworking skills. PG

I'm working on a SL "Arrows at Date" set. That includes Half Dimes, dimes, quarters and half dollars. The years vary slightly from face value to face value. But they all fall in 1853, 1854, 1855, 1873 and 1874. There are 45 date/mm varieties 7 of which are in the expensive range. Right now I have 29. |

No to the completion Dave. I've managed to squeak past Logan and into third spot on the Registry, but am light years behind Ash. Those darn later stages of the 1B are killers. I do have Stages 1 through 7 though. PG

Charlie,
That is some coin you got there. Good luck finding nice Dahlonega mint coins they are harder to find. I am sure with enough patience you'll find one.
