Hello everybody. Need your opinion about Costa Rica coin. It's 1923 1 Colon coin counter stamped on 1903 50 Centavos coin. There is a clear "1923" counterstamped date on the obverse side and supposed to be counterstamped denomination "Un Colon" on the reverse side, which seems to be missed. What's your opinion about that? Is it just worn or was counterstamped only on one side by mistake.
Thanks a lot for your help.
