My nieghbors son came over last night with a fist full of coins. Thought he had a bunch of errors. All were the usual stuff, gas bubbles, Machine Doubling, etc. This one I couldn't explain. Damage seems to be on STATES only.

Morgan, I have left my glasses at home so what I am seeing on the screen is a little blurry, but I still think I am seeing Machine Doubling.
