Found a dollar bill with serial number 35223522. Would that be considered a repeater and if so what might the value be, roughly. I plan on keeping it

Yep, that's what's called a "standard repeater." A "super repeater" has a pair of numbers that repeats four times. For example, my daughter gave me a $1 bill for Father's Day with the number 90909090, which is a super repeater.
