Thought I had all the privy mark SMLS and then I came across this listing. It's not in Charlton Vol 2 that I can see. Anyone know if it was actually struck by the RCM? My eyes aren't very good and I was kind of wondering if it was a post-mint engraved into the coin mark instead of a struck, raised mark or something?

Looks incuse to me which means someone has stamped them
post mint. If the RCM had produced them, the design would have been raised.
Nice profit margin on a $25.00 coin.

Not struck by the RCM ,the Y2K "privy" mark was added aftermarket.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
