Can anyone ID this coin?
It's about 10mm in diameter.

At first I thought that symbol in the first image might be a chi-rho, but I don't think it is.

This is probably not a match, but I know that some nummi of Justinian I do have a six pointed star (below). Can you make out anything on the other side of your coin, Michael? Is it more legible in person?

i'll be darned, man if that's what it is that's pretty cool and a rare coin. I looked at one on vcoins...it matches up pretty good on size as well.
there should be a wreath around the star, I thought it was a legend on bob's second pic....looks like I can kind of see it on your coin.

I took this picture of the other side and to me it looks like there is sort of a figure shape near the top.
